Discussed Inviting CERC to next meeting.
Discussed possible uses for properties on Hartford Avenue prior to approved sewers:
- Discussed Dog Park Idea
- Food Trucks
- Discussed mini shed retail idea
Discussed inviting all Soundview business owners to present at upcoming meeting.
- Real Estate Update – Old Gas Station on 156 going up for Foreclosure Auction. Person interested wants to put large Liquor Store. Would put Rooney’s out of business.
